LEAF originated at the end of 2009, when Kaat was looking for band members that she could connect with and take with her on the musical road she was following. Fieke van den Hurk was the first to officially join her and from there they found three other fine musicians and friends: Maryn Sies and Chloé Bakker, Thomas Biesmeijer made the companionship complete.
